In the past 12 months, we've scaled to $2M+ in ARR, with 40% profit margins and no outside funding.

The goal? Hit $12M/year in the next 6 months.

Your Mission

Your job isn’t to “manage clients.” 

You sell new Partners to our program, you enroll them, and continue making commission, month over month, as they stay with you.

💻 What You'll Actually Do

- Sell New Remodeling Partners On Our Program

- Onboard and retain high-value partners

- Help them scale, solve hard problems

- Spot churn risks before they happen and turn them around

- Find the sweet balance between being able to sell new partners — and upsell the ones you have
- Help shape the future of a $100M+ company from the inside

💰 Comp, Role Details & Path

- On Target Earnings: $200,000 - $250,000 Per Year

- Commission Only

- 100% remote

- 9 AM - 6 PM EST, 6 Days Per Week
